What is AIM Portal?

                 Are you an Aeronautical Data

You can use AIM Portal to prepare and submit change requests on the official reference data.

Connect to the web application using your username and password or ask for registration to the AIS.

The request for data modification will be easier and safer to use the AIM Portal web forms. The system takes care of memorizing and organizing all your modification requests and checking their status by accessing the reserved area.

You can submit change requests that can include: 



  • Aeronatical Structured Data;
  • AIP textual section;
  • XTAM proposal;
  • Attachments.



User Account

Each user is assigned to certain roles in AIM Portal and thus gets certain rights. It is therefore necessary that each user has a separate user account.

To apply for a user account, please write an e-mail to xxx@idsairnav.com. The new user will be notified by e-mail that the user account has been created by the administrator. It is required to change the temporarily allocated passwort in a timely manner. A valid password must meet the following requirements:

  • at least one uppercase letter
  • at least one lowercase letter
  • at least one number
  • at least one special character: #?!@$&*+_-
  • Minimum length: 8 characters
