RCBS AD 2.20 本場飛航規定

2.20.1 機場作業規定

本場飛航限制
1. 固定翼航空器不得於金門D類空域做特種目視飛航（關於特種目視飛航，請參閱ENR 1.2-2）。
2. 風速在10KT以下時，得不使用與風向一致之跑道，航空器不能遵守此規定時，應告知航管單位。
3. 航空器使用24跑道降落或放棄起飛時，如未能脫離跑道，應滑至跑道迴轉坪迴轉，禁止於跑道180度迴轉；如超越跑道迴轉坪應通報塔臺由拖車拖回停機坪。
4. 使用06跑道全跑道起飛時，由任一滑行道進入跑道皆須滑行至06跑道頭迴轉坪180度迴轉再起飛。
5. 金門機場因地形障礙及特殊進場程序而為特殊機場。

2.20.2 金門機場低能見度作業程序（航機駕駛員需注意事項）

低能見度天氣標準： RVR低於900M
駕駛員在低能見度情況滑行時應注意：
1. 駕駛員及航空器使用人應了解，於某些低能見度情況時，塔臺管制員可能無法看到機場上航空器及車輛之活動。此種情形可能使管制員無法目視確認航空器是否遵守滑行指示。因此，於此種狀況時，駕駛員應特別注意並謹慎滑行。
2. 如駕駛員遭遇視覺上之困難或有迷失方向之跡象時，應立即告知管制員。
作業程序：
1. 第一階段低能見度作業：RVR低於900M
  1. ATIS廣播「實施第一階段低能見度作業程序」。
  2. 塔臺依飛航管理程序規定，於必要時頒予航空器逐步滑行許可。
  3. 限制操作區內每次僅允許一架航空器活動。
2. 第二階段低能見度作業：RVR低於550M
  1. 依第一階段低能見度作業程序實施。
  2. ATIS廣播「實施第二階段低能見度作業程序」。
  3. 限制操作區內每次僅允許一架航空器活動。
