飛行測試空域關閉及相關替代航路措施

自2023年4月7日0340世界標準時間起至2023年6月30日0820世界標準時間止，空域(Area B)因航空器飛行測試關閉，自2023年4月7日0300世界標準時間起至2023年6月30日0820世界標準時間止，配合前述空域關閉實施替代航路措施。相關資訊如下：

替代航路及措施

Alternate routes and measures
  1. 過境航機替代航路：
    1. A1航路西南向過境航機：航機自APU向西偏航10浬，側過MKG後定向KADLO加入計畫航路。飛航計畫航路內容之填寫不受此替代航路及措施影響。
    2. M750航路東北向過境航機：航機自TONGA向東偏航10浬，側過PILOX/LUCAS後定向SANAS/APU加入計畫航路。飛航計畫航路內容之填寫不受此替代航路及措施影響。
    3. A577/Q14/W4航路北向過境航機：航機自TNN定向SANAS/APU加入計畫航路。配合此替代航路及措施，飛航計畫航路內容須填寫為TNN DCT SANAS或TNN DCT APU。
  2. 臺灣桃園國際機場離場航班替代航路：
    1. 使用T5 RNAV過渡航路離場航班改走TINHO ONE離場，加入:
      1. B591 Q11航路由POTIB出管，配合此替代航路及措施，飛航計畫航路內容須填寫為TINHO B591 GID Q11 POTIB。
      2. B591 Q12航路由KABAM出管，配合此替代航路及措施，飛航計畫航路內容須填寫為TINHO B591 TACLE Q12 KABAM。
    2. 使用T3 RNAV過渡航路離場航班，從CHALI定向KADLO加入計畫航路。配合此替代航路及措施，飛航計畫航路內容須填寫為CHALI DCT KADLO。
  3. 高雄國際機場到場、離場航班替代航路：
    1. 使用B576/A1/R595航路之到場航班，從APU定向CELBI接T13 RNAV過渡航路至LUGIA加入到場航線。配合此替代航路及措施，飛航計畫航路內容需填寫為APU DCT CELBI T13 LUGIA。
    2. 北向離場航班，自TNN定向SANAS/APU加入計畫航路。配合此替代航路及措施，飛航計畫航路內容需填寫為TNN DCT SANAS或TNN DCT APU。
  4. 使用M750/A577/Q14/W4航路之臺灣桃園國際機場、臺中/清泉崗機場及臺北/松山機場到場航班，預期TONGA/TNN前以雷達引導避開關閉空域。飛航計畫航路內容之填寫不受此替代航路及措施影響。
  5. 飛航金門及澎湖機場航班預計以雷達引導避開關閉空域。飛航計畫航路內容之填寫不受此替代航路及措施影響。
  1. Alternate routes for overfly traffic:
    1. A1 southwest bound traffic: after APU offset 10NM west of A1, abeam MKG direct KADLO to join FPL route. The filing of FPL route is not affected by this alternate route and measure.
    2. M750 northeast bound traffic: after TONGA offset 10NM east of M750, abeam PILOX/LUCAS direct SANAS/APU to join FPL route. The filing of FPL route is not affected by this alternate route and measure.
    3. A577/Q14/W4 north bound traffic: after TNN direct SANAS/APU to join FPL route. For this alternate route and measure, the FPL route is requested to be filed as TNN DCT SANAS or TNN DCT APU.
  2. Alternate routes for departure flights of RCTP:
    1. Departure flights via T5 RNAV TRANSITION will change route via TINHO ONE DEPARTURE to join:
      1. B591 Q11 for POTIB exit. For this alternate route and measure, the FPL route is requested to be filed as TINHO B591 GID Q11 POTIB.
      2. B591 Q12 for KABAM exit. For this alternate route and measure, the FPL route is requested to be filed as TINHO B591 TACLE Q12 KABAM.
    2. Departure flights via T3 RNAV TRANSITION will change route via CHALI direct KADLO to join FPL route. For this alternate route and measure, the FPL route is requested to be filed as CHALI DCT KADLO.
  3. Alternate routes for arrival/departure flights of RCKH:
    1. Arrival flights via B576/A1/R595 will change route via APU direct CELBI T13 LUGIA to join arrival route. For this alternate route and measure, the FPL route is requested to be filed as APU DCT CELBI T13 LUGIA.
    2. North bound departure flights will change route from TNN direct SANAS/APU to join FPL route. For this alternate route and measure, the FPL route is requested to be filed as TNN DCT SANAS or TNN DCT APU.
  4. Arrival flights for RCTP/RCMQ/RCSS via M750/A577/Q14/W4: expect radar vector prior to TONGA/TNN to avoid subject airspace. The filing of FPL route is not affected by this alternate route and measure.
  5. Arrival and departure flights of RCBS/RCQC: expect radar vector to avoid subject airspace. The filing of FPL route is not affected by this alternate route and measure.

  1. 預期航班可能受延誤，另可能實施飛航流量管理措施。
  2. 飛行測試空域關閉時段可能取消，並以NOTAM通知。
